Each week of the six week program you will receive a packet of three exercises (plus an optional rewirement exercise from Yale’s Science of Well-Being course) and a short educational video.
This weekly work will be supported by three, 30 minute private coaching sessions, (at the beginning, middle, and end of the six week period) to help identify challenges, track progress, and celebrate successes.
