Each week of the eight week program we’ll tackle a different digital wellness topic and you will receive a packet of three related exercises, (plus an optional rewirement exercise from Yale’s Science of Well-Being course) as well as a short educational video.
The weekly work will be supported by three, 30 minute private coaching sessions, (at the beginning, middle, and end of the eight week period) to help identify challenges, track progress, and celebrate successes.
