About the Author
Jennifer Kane is an author, educator, and keynote speaker, who is passionate about digital wellness. She works with corporations and organizations to educate employees about healthy digital boundaries and produces workshops, training courses, and free digital wellness resources for individuals. Jen achieved her Digital Wellness educator certification from the Digital Wellness Institute, has studied the Science of Well Being through Yale, and is a member of The Children's Screen Time Action Network. In addition to writing three books, Jen is a voracious reader and volunteers as a librarian in her free time.
